Stones of Hope

A Fundraiser Benefiting Grounded & Grace Sober Café

“Every Stone Tells a Story.
Every Story Deserves to Be Heard.”

Sponsorship Opportunities | 2026

A Letter from Our Founders

Dear Friend and Prospective Sponsor,
Thank you — sincerely and from the bottom of our hearts — for taking the time to open this packet and learn about the work happening at Grounded & Grace Sober Café. The fact that you are here, reading these words, already means more to us than you may know.
Grounded & Grace was born out of a simple conviction: that every person in recovery deserves a place to belong. Not a waiting room. Not a clinical setting. Not a place that feels defined by a diagnosis. A place that feels like home — warm coffee, honest conversation, and the quiet reassurance that they are not alone on this road. That is what we set out to build, and that is what, day by day, we are becoming.
The Stones of Hope initiative is the next chapter in that story. We are creating a permanent, living installation inside our café — a wall of engraved stones, each one bearing the name of a donor, a loved one honored, a life remembered, or a sobriety milestone celebrated. Each stone is a declaration. Each stone says: I was here. I believed recovery was possible. I stood with someone who needed to know that.

We are inviting you to place your stone on that wall. To be part of something that will outlast any single event or campaign — something that people in recovery will walk past every day, and feel seen because of your generosity.

This is not just a fundraiser. It is a foundation. And we believe you are exactly the kind of partner who helps us build it.

With deep gratitude and grace,

Angelica Brewer Founder of Grounded & Grace

Our Mission & Vision

Mission Statement

Vision Statement

"To cultivate a safe, sober, and grace-filled space where individuals in recovery can find community, restoration, and hope — one cup at a time."

"A world where every person in recovery has a place to belong, be seen, and be supported on their journey toward wholeness."

At Grounded & Grace, we believe that recovery is not merely the absence of substance use — it is the presence of community, purpose, and dignity. We operate from a deep conviction that every human being carries inherent worth, and that grace is not something earned but something extended freely and unconditionally. Our café exists as a daily expression of that belief: a place where the door is always open, the coffee is always on, and no one has to explain how they got here — only that they are here, and that is enough. We draw our strength from the values that anchor everything we do.

The Stones of Hope Wall

The Stones of Hope Wall is a permanent, handcrafted installation being built inside Grounded & Grace Sober Café. It is one of the most meaningful things we have ever undertaken — not because of its size, but because of what every single element of it represents.

What It Is

Each stone in the wall is engraved or personalized with the name of a donor, a sponsor, or a person being honored or remembered. Together, they form a mosaic of lives touched by addiction, transformed by recovery, and held together by community. The wall is not tucked into a corner. It is a centerpiece — something every patron, visitor, and community member sees and interacts with when they walk through our doors.

Who It Is For
What It Means

The wall is more than an installation. It is a theology of presence — the belief that showing up, putting your name to something, and standing alongside someone in their hardest season is one of the most powerful things a human being can do.

“Each stone placed is a declaration that no one walks alone.”

“Each stone placed is a declaration that no one walks alone.”

Visitors and patrons interact with this wall every single day. They read the names. They trace them with their fingers. They sit near it during hard moments. And in those quiet, unremarkable minutes, something remarkable happens: they believe, perhaps for the first time in a long time, that they are worth fighting for. Your stone makes that moment possible.

We have designed five giving levels to ensure that every individual, business, and organization can find a meaningful place in the Stones of Hope community. Every level includes recognition on the wall itself — because every contribution is a stone, regardless of size.

Why It Matters

The need for what Grounded & Grace provides is not abstract. It is measured in real lives, real families, and real communities navigating one of the most pressing public health challenges of our time.

A Moment Worth Funding

The following is a composite, representative scenario — not a real person — offered to illustrate what your gift makes possible every single day:
Imagine someone ninety days sober, stepping into Grounded & Grace for the first time. They weren’t sure they’d come. The morning had been hard. They order a coffee, find a seat by the window, and look around the room — at the other people quietly present, at the warmth of the space. And then they notice the Stones of Hope Wall. They walk over. They read a name. Someone in memory. Someone celebrated. Someone held. They run a finger along the edge of one small, smooth stone. And for the first time in a long time — maybe the first time — they feel it:
I am not the only one. Someone cared enough to put a name here. Someone believed this was worth building. That is the moment your gift makes possible.

“You are not just sponsoring a wall. You are sponsoring the moment someone believes recovery is worth fighting for.”

A Personal Touch:
For Cornerstone and Foundation sponsors, a member of our leadership team will reach out to you personally to coordinate your recognition, stone inscription, and dedication details. We want your experience to feel as meaningful as your gift.
